Every piece on Kalakaandy is handmade by independent artists, so no two are ever exactly alike. Tiny variations in color, texture, or pattern aren’t flaws — they’re the artist’s unique touch.
Handmade Art & One-of-a-Kind Pieces
These treasures are non-returnable for a simple change of mind.
But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or very different from what you saw online, we’ll make it right with an exchange, replacement, or store credit — your choice.
Returnable Products
Contact us within 2 days of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are covered by you.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at kalakaandyofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item.
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Ship the item back within 5 days of approval.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Store credit is issued instantly after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Important Notes
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Items damaged in return transit due to poor packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
