• All orders are processed within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.
• Since many of our products are handmade or made-to-order, processing may take longer in some cases (up to 15 business days). We’ll notify you if there are any delays.

  Delivery Time

• Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within:
  
  • Metro cities: 7–10 business days
  • Other locations: 7–15 business days
• You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

  International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. If you’re interested in international delivery, please write to us at kalakaandyofficial@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

  Address Changes & Non-Delivery
